We are seeking Title Processors, Closers and Sales Rep for the Title Insurance / Title closings industry.

I have customers in Broward and Miami-Dade Counties. Willing to train the right persons.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Processor to join our team. The Title Processor will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all title documentation for real estate transactions.

Duties:
- Review and verify legal descriptions of properties
- Examine deeds, deeds of trust, liens, judgments, easements, and plats/maps to determine ownership and encumbrances
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers to obtain necessary information
- Prepare title commitments, title reports, and other relevant documents
- Clear any title issues that may arise during the transaction process
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to real estate transactions

Requirements:
- Prior experience in mortgage servicing or related field
- Proficiency in 10 key typing
- Familiarity with underwriting and financial services terminology
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and credit analysis
- Understanding of loan officer functions and FNMA guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
