Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various administrative tasks efficiently.
Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate office operations and procedures
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Assist in onboarding new employees by coordinating orientation sessions
- Handle scheduling, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Manage phone systems and correspondence (e.g., emails, letters, packages)
- Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office and office management software (e.g., ERP systems)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk duties
- Strong communication skills with a customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively
- Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in team management or human resources
- Previous exposure to schedule management
- Understanding of phone etiquette in a professional setting
