Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Assistant at our offices at the Shops at Legacy in Plano, TX. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day marketing-related tasks including preparation of marketing communications with clients and prospective clients, utilizing Hubspot CRM for managing communications and sales pipelines, developing and implementing a social media marketing campaign, organizing events, helping attorneys with individual outreach efforts, creating content for blog posts and website, managing updates to the website, and generally being proactive with developing the firm's marketing program.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in sales and marketing, including mass communications, CRMs, and content creation
• Graphic design for use in advertisements, email blasts, firm announcements, etc.
• Knowledge of intellectual property law is a plus but not required
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team and resolve conflicts
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
