Core Essential Functions Assist housekeepers and housemen with their tasks Lead and teach housekeepers and housemen on hotel’s product and information Inspect each room for cleanliness and standards Compile housekeeping reports for the director of rooms Response to any guests request in a prompt manner Response to request for turn down service from the concierge Perform additional housekeeping tasks as needed This position requires the following knowledge, skills and abilities: Hotel Experience is not required – Fun and welcoming personality is a MUST A minimum of 1-2 years hospitality experience, especially in housekeeping, is preferred but not required Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without any assistance.
