Verdonck Partners Is a Boutique Advisory Firm Focused On
We can offer
- Buy-side advisory and due diligence: Support institutional investors, utilities and developers active in North American power, renewables and infrastructure
- Off-take Origination: Support clients with procuring off-take agreements (incl. PPAs and hedges) in order to maximize the value of the project at sale
- Financial Modeling: Provide clients with financial analysis including evaluation of potential capital structures (including debt and tax equity)
