Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated, and experienced Journeyman to join our remodeling team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in remodeling kitchens and bathrooms, adhering to project schedules, and directing apprentices when needed. Strong communication skills are essential to keep the Project Manager informed and to communicate with clients on-site.

Responsibilities:

- Remodel kitchens and bathrooms efficiently and on schedule.
- Direct apprentices and ensure quality workmanship.
- Maintain good communication with the project manager and clients..
- Maintain Quality control for work performed on site.
- Basic computer skills, to use Gmail and Google Calendar.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary.

Requirements:

- Journeyman-level knowledge in hanging drywall, tile setting, cabinet installation, finish carpentry, and painting.

- Journeyman-level tools to complete the required tasks.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- Good communication and organizational skills.

Work Hours:

- Monday to Friday, 7 am - 4 pm.

- Some overtime may be required based on the current workload and schedule.

Compensation:

- Full Time, W-2 employee status.

- 2 weeks of Paid vacation after 90 day Probation Period.

- 6 paid company holidays per year.
