Position Summary

TheServer is expected to perform a variety of duties. These duties include, but not limited to, satisfying all Essential Functions, Physical Demands, Non-Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions, while assisting the Manager On Duty as required and adhering to all safety and sanitation requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess the following;

Certificates

· Responsible Beverage Service Certificate

· Valid Food Handlers Certificate

Experience

· 1 years guest service experience, but not required if possessing other comparable experience

Physical Demands

· Able to lift up to 50#

· Able to work extended hours on their feet

Non-Physical Demands

· Must be professional and respectful to all managers, subordinates

· Must be a self-starter

· Must be dependable and reliably on time for all shifts

· Utilize a wide range of kitchen tools, utensils and equipment, including knives and grinders and slicers.

· Coordinate a number of activities with multiple components requiring independent follow through and attention to detail.

· Be highly organized and detail oriented.

· Communication and interpersonal skills necessary to interact with management and co-workers at all levels.

· Adequately represent the organization when in contact with customers and vendors on the telephone.

Environmental Capabilities

· Able to perform in a fast-paced environment subject to extreme variations in temperature and humidity

· Work in a multi-task environment with frequent interruptions and short deadlines, and sometimes a high degree of pressure.

Core responsibilities

· Greet Guests at the door and direct them to the dine-in, or take-out, experience they wish

· Guide dine-in guests to their table and walk them through the ordering process

· Process orders for those who wish not to use the ordering platform

· Run completed food and drink orders to our guests

Day to Day Activities

· Responsible for achieving safety and customer satisfaction goals.

· All areas are kept neat, clean and orderly

· Maintain safety and sanitation standards

· Effectively coordinate and communicate with all associates to ensure exceptional guest experiences

· Attend and participate in meetings as required

·Closing responsibilities as assigned by direct manager

· Additional duties as required by Manager On Duty

Salary range

· $18-$20, based upon experience

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 32 per week
