Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our clients, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

** MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION **

Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Vacuum carpets and rugs; launder and iron clothes
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Make beds and change linens as required
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good condition
- Notify management of any damages or repairs needed

Skills:
- Experience in residential cleaning and housekeeping management
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and procedures
- Ability to sanitize various surfaces effectively
- Proficiency in floor care including carpet cleaning
- Basic cooking skills for occasional meal preparation
- Understanding of custodial duties and responsibilities
