Job Summary: We are seeking a Server/Cashier to join our team in the food industry. As a Server/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties: - Greet customers and seat them at their tables - Present menus and answer any questions regarding menu items - Take customer orders accurately and promptly - Enter orders into the Aloha POS system - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Upsell additional menu items or specials to increase sales - Process payments using cash, credit cards, or mobile payment options - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas - Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery Requirements: - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Proficiency in using the Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software - Strong upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities - Knowledge of basic math for accurate order processing and cash handling - Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Basic knowledge of culinary terms and menu items is a plus We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
