Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Philanthropy Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fundraising, donor relations, and strategic planning to support our organization's mission and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential donors and funding opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase philanthropic support

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fundraising, philanthropy, or related field
- Strong strategic planning skills with a focus on achieving fundraising goals
- Familiarity with donors, grant writing and community networking
- Proficiency in MailChimp or similar email marketing platforms
- Excellent negotiation skills for securing partnerships and sponsorships
- Knowledge of nonprofit financial practices and principles
- Experience donor management software is a plus
- Ability to manage events effectively from planning to post-event evaluation
- Strong writing skills for proposal development and donor communications
