Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Operational Systems & Procedures:

- Design and implement systems and procedures to achieve operational improvements and meet financial and performance goals.

- Training & Development:

- Develop effective training guidelines to assist with agent onboarding and ongoing education.

- Provider Relationships:

- Manage relationships with multiple insurance providers, including vetting new providers and maintaining relationships with existing ones.

- **Daily Office Support:

- Address escalated questions from agents and the service team.

- Approve time-off requests from agents.

- Supervise agent quoting activity and ensure timely turnarounds.

- Run meetings with potential service providers.

- Oversee special projects.

- System Workflows:

- Monitor and improve system workflows and agent processes.

- Lead continuous improvement projects.

- Large Commercial Opportunities:

- Collaborate with Steveo on large commercial opportunities.

- Metrics Reporting:

- Assist with the preparation and analysis of metrics reports.

- Administrative Management:

- Manage administrative email inquiries.

- **Provider Onboarding:**

- Interview and add new carriers, provide necessary legal documentation for onboarding, and update carrier notification messages.

- Hiring & Finance:

- Participate in hiring decisions and assist with finance meetings.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the insurance industry.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.

- Familiarity with insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Education & Experience

● The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance, or the equivalent education or 5 years experience in a similar role

● 3 years of insurance experience

● Have the ability to apply best practices and procedures

● Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact,

and diplomacy.

● Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

● Knowledgeable of industry changes, legal updates, and technical developments related to applicable areas of the Company's business to proactively respond to changing business environment.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

● Familiarity with project management software.
