Summary of Work
Individual responsibilities include: conducting audits, certifying and preparing appraisals and assessments on real estate and commercial properties; providing training, education and assistance on the appraisal and assessment process to taxpayers, assessment officials, appraisers and the State Board of Equalization; provide assistance to county auditor officials. Preparation and audit of the statewide sales ratio study conducted by the Property Tax Division. Duties and Tasks include but are not limited to:
