Family Success Manager

Job Title: Family Success Manager
Location: Gainesville, Georgia
Terms: 10:30 am - 7:30 pm, Tuesday - Saturday, Full Time with benefits
Requirements: Must hold a bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a Human Services Related
Field. Must be available for occasional evening and weekend community events, fundraising, and operational oversight.

The Role:
The Family Success Manager (FSM) provides the delivery, performance, and ongoing quality improvement of all Thrive family support programs. Thrive programs provide crisis intervention and stabilization services to children and families experiencing trauma, primarily because of abuse or neglect.
The FSM plays a key role in Thrive's effectiveness by helping children, parents, and caregivers of the family unit heal by addressing the root causes of abuse as well as the resulting impacts of abuse. The FSM reports directly to the Director of Operations (DOO).

Key Responsibilities:
● Ensure quality performance and contract compliance of programs.
● Provide trauma-competent family support services to children and families.
● Supervised Visitation Sessions
● Maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients' treatment.
● Prepare maintain and submit, if applicable, all required program delivery records, including but not limited to weekly documentation, service logs, IPOCs, case notes, federal- and state-mandated forms, probationary contracts, critical incident reports, assessment reports, and progress reports, and discharge reports.

● Perform crisis intervention with clients including identifying and coordinating community resources available for clients.

● Attend professional development and learning opportunities.
● Connect families to community resources and specialists as necessary.
● Plan and conduct programs to prevent substance abuse and improve community health.
● Coordinate and direct group classes and support groups.
● Prepare reporting and billing for each program service by due date.
● Assist with public relations and promote a positive image of Thrive Together
● Foster community relationships in support of the organizational objectives.
● Maintain maximum schedule availability for client access and Thrive financial sustainability, including rescheduling any canceled sessions.
● Perform other duties as assigned or necessary.
