Role Description

This is a full-time, commission-based role for a Senior Sales Executive at our Atkinson, NH, location. The Senior Sales Executive position converts supplied leads from the company into happy and loyal customers. In addition, you will identify and prospect new customers, build and maintain client relationships, conduct sales presentations, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and meet sales targets. The role involves collaborating with the operations team to ensure the seamless execution of projects and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Ten years of sales experience with a proven track record of sales success and achieving targets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience bidding on exterior home renovation and/or electrical, plumbing, and HVAC projects
  • Knowledge of roofing, windows, siding, doors, and decks preferred
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using professional contracting software and mobile apps to generate proposals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Valid driver's license
