Job Description
About the role:
IR is looking for a Paralegal/Contract Administrator based in Denver to join our global organization.
The Paralegal/Contract Administrator role will help facilitate various commercial, corporate, and administrative matters. The selected candidate will be an important member of the global organization in helping enable the contract and contract review and management process, support compliance and corporate governance matters, and assist with various duties as needed.
The key responsibilities of the role include –
Effectively and collaboratively working with internal Legal and Finance teams.
Various contract and commercial duties, including generating templates, initial review of standard agreements, routing documents for signature and filing.
Support compliance and data privacy matters, including responding to requests from customers, suppliers, or regulators.
Support corporate governance, insurance, and company secretarial matters.
Assist in development and implementation of legal process and procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Desired Skills and Experience
The job requirements and qualifications required for the role include –
2 to 4 years related experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
Experience with contract administration and management. Experience with technology transactions, including software licensing and cloud agreements preferred.
Experience with and basic understanding of data privacy.
Experience with corporate governance, company secretarial matters, and corporate insurance preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technology savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).

The compensation range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
