PDR Group is Hiring an Adminsitrator - Part-Time Near Rochester, NY

Would you describe yourself as detail-oriented, dependable, and a good communicator?Do you thrive in challenging and fast-paced environments where you are depended upon to keep things running smoothly?Our client, an industry leading aerospace engineering firm are currently seeking an experienced Administrator on a part-time basis. This is an office-based position, Monday-Friday, 9am-2.30pm.
As a Sales Administrator you will work closely with and support the Operations team, maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional care to colleagues and clients.
The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For
  • Scanning and emailing invoicing to customers
  • Uploading invoices to customer portals.
  • Uploading invoices to Sage
  • Raising pro-forma invoices for works yet to be completed
  • Loading sales orders to the planning system
  • General administrative support for the operations manager and wider team
Working As Part Of a Tight Knit Team In An Ever-changing Environment It Is Essential That You Can Multitask And Prioritise Your Workload. You Will Also Need
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar administration role
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Application, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Training will be provided on more specialist packages.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
