We are looking for a strong leader to help grow the new Dogtopia of Solon as the Assistant General Manager. This person will assist in growing overall sales, delivering exceptional customer and employee satisfaction.

In order to excel, this teammate will need to thrive on these daily responsibilities in coordination with the General Manager:

• Build, motivate and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and safety
• Generate leads through managing social media, advertising, as well as developing and coordinating in-store events
• Convert leads to memberships by educating parents on the benefits of socialization, exercise, and education for their canine companions
• Manage the overall profit through thoughtful staffing decisions
• Ensure safety, fun and cleanliness by upholding Dogtopia protocols
