Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on Payer contracting and Pull Through in the Healthcare industry

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovative solutions

• Hands-on experience with UX/UI, with the ability to contribute to the design and development of optimal field and home office user experiences, and user-friendly tools/systems

• Excellent data analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques

• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and reimbursement models, as well as payer pull-through strategies

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively

• Experience with Veeva CRM is a plus

Responsibilities:-

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives related to Payer Pull through

• Analyze and evaluate current Payer Pull Through processes and tools, identifying areas for improvement and optimization

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance Payer pull-through across the commercial enterprise

• Conduct research and analysis to identify new trends and opportunities in the Payer Pull through landscape

• Collaborate with the E2E teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of strategies and goals

• Utilize hands-on experience with UX/UI to contribute to the design and development of user-friendly tools and systems

• Perform data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights related to Payer contracting and Pull Through

• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders

• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in Payer contracting, Access and Pull Through
