Job Description
We are seeking a Billing Clerk/Executive Assistant to join our team! You will perform math calculations for the billing department as well as Executive Administrative duties in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Balance client invoices
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Enjoys math
- Experience with Clio billing system
- Experience with balancing of invoices or other similar matters
- Previous experience in office administration or other similar fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
