Job description:
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented part-time residential cleaners to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have a great eye for cleanliness and will be proud of their work. As a residential cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of our customers’ homes. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including removing dust, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and disinfecting surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens and other areas as needed.
- Empty the garbage and recycling containers.
- Change the bedding and make the beds.
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning products.
- Follow the company’s cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Inform the supervisor of any need for maintenance or repair.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Great attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Reliable transportation to travel to various workplaces.
- Flexibility to work in morning and mid-afternoon shifts (no night shifts are required).
- Good physical condition, capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and performing tasks that involve repetitive movements.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Flat Rates $85 1bedroom/ $103.75 2bedroom (additional compensation for excessive work)
