ions. Responsibilities

Coordinate the escrow process for real estate transactions, ensuring accurate and timely collection and disbursement of documents and funds • Review contracts, title reports, and other documents for legal and company compliance • Communicate updates on the escrow process to buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents • Prepare settlement statements and closing documents • Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and vendors to obtain necessary information • Research and resolve any issues arising during the escrow process • Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure proper documentation filing • Interpret various documents and agreements as they relate to each escrow closing Qualifications • Looking for detail oriented and motivated individuals • Previous experience in Title and Escrow Services, Real Estate, Mortgage lending or related fields is preferred, but not required • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) to maintain effective relationships • Organizational skills with strong attention to detail • Ability to multi-task in a fast paste environment • Self-starter who thinks critically and drives solutions • Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required Join our team as an Escrow Assistant and contribute to facilitating smooth real estate transactions while expanding your knowledge of the financial services industry.
