This position is for an in house lender for a large and quickly growing Real Estate Firm. We will assign you 50 Realtors to work with. We are looking to build a large mortgage presence in NC/SC and will ensure you are successful. We follow the Mortgage Marketing Animals and the Daily Success Plan. We know this works especially in challenging times.

The Real Estate Firm has over 1100 Realtors currently and growing monthly

Compensation: $100,000 - $220,000 commission only

Responsibilities:

• Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines

• Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines

• Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision

• Prospect, develop and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as Realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals Qualifications:

• Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability

• Understanding of loan originator software such as Encompass, Salesforce, Surefire and Simple Nexus

• Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry

• Multiple years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required

• Understand a variety of loans such as FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC.

• Track record of closing loans on time and creating a raving Fan out of every customer
