We are currently seeking a full-time Vacation Rental Property Manager Assistant to join our dynamic team. This exciting role offers a great opportunity to work in the fast-paced vacation rental industry, assisting our Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties. Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Property Manager in managing a portfolio of vacation rental properties, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Coordinate and communicate with property owners, guests, and service providers to ensure timely responses to inquiries, maintenance requests, and general property management needs.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to company standards.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing initiatives to maximize property occupancy and revenue.
  • Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Respond to guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally, striving for guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of property inventory, maintenance schedules, and financial transactions.
  • Assist in the coordination of housekeeping and maintenance staff, ensuring efficient schedules and high-quality work.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews and guest feedback, taking appropriate actions to address any concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service roles is preferred however not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, property owners, and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant tools. We provide training on your specific property management software.
  • Knowledge of vacation rental industry practices, local regulations, and market trends is a plus, however not required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays, as part of a 5-day 40-hour work week.
