RTRLAW is a growing, successful law firm with seven offices located throughout the state of Florida and one office in Texas.

We are seeking a full-time Front Desk Legal Receptionist for our Tampa office (West Coast Florida). This position is NOT remote.

You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

Compensation: $18 - $20 an hour, Pay is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.).
• Greet and welcome guests.
• Receive letters, packages etc. and sort them.
• Assist with clerical tasks for Firm.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as front desk receptionist, or relevant position.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).
• Bilingual. Fluent English and Spanish is a must.
• Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and to grow with the company.
• Strong work ethic, a positive attitude and reliability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
