Position Summary: This position will be responsible for entering and payment of all invoices for two companies reporting to Finance Manager.

Responsibilities:
Process Employee Expenses
Audit and Process Credit Card Bills
Bank Deposits
Follow Accounting Processes to enter Vendor Invoices for Payment
Understand Expense Accounts
Record-keeping
Ability to handle multiple email accounts
Gathering the information for setting up new vendors including W-9s
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, Office 365, ect.)
Experienced in Using QuickBooks
Background in the Architectural/Engineering Environment is a plus
Skills:
3 years QuickBooks experience
Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Attentive to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive information
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks
Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
Ability to follow instructions
Good organizational skills
