Job Summary
Boutique Plaintiff's litigation firm is excited to announce an opportunity for a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney/Associate in our area. Our firm specializes in complex Personal Injury, civil rights, premises liability, auto and tractor trailer accidents and Medical Malpractice cases but assists clients with a wide range of matters. If you are ready to work tirelessly for your clients and achieve a higher level of success; this could be the opportunity for you.
We are currently on the hunt for an enthusiastic litigation attorneys to assist with our strong, established, growing plaintiff's practice. Candidates must have a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and should be licensed to practice in the State of Tennessee (Arkansas and Mississippi are a plus but not required). The candidate should have experience handling complex litigation matters, including preparing complaints, discovery, discovery responses, and motion practice.
Position reports directly to the Managing Attorney
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should desire the chance to use their strong work ethic and legal competency to aggressively fight for the needs of their clients. Qualified candidates should also be confident in handling everything from the initial client meeting through to case completion. Two to five years of experience is preferred but not required.
