V2 Facility Maintenance
Sales Representative
The Maintenance Sales Representative generates new business by growing the facility and flood maintenance base for V2 Solutions Inc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Build new business within the Commercial and Industrials sectors through prospecting, events, partnerships, networking, marketing, and other lead-generation activities
* Network within the Commercial and Industrials sectors, knows how to source leads, and loves to prospect.
* Prospecting understanding the target markets and identifying potential customers to call on.
* Phone communication to generate appointments with qualified potential customers by cold calling.
* Use Pipedrive software as CRM
* Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to earn relationship
* Ability to accurately assess selling situations driving the Economic Buyer to a yes or no decision efficiently.
* Emphasize the features of service to highlight how it solves customer issues.
* Work with Manager to develop pricing and required documents to close business.
* Meet with prospective customers and review cost analysis, evaluating current costs of operations vs V2 Solution’s Maintenance Agreement Pricing.
* Prospect and develop an ongoing list of potential new contacts/customers to call each week.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty (above) well. The following additional requirements (below) are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability for success.
Education and/or Experience
Sales experience necessary, at least 1 year.
Knowledge of Piledrive [CRM] a plus.
Ability to navigate and post on Social Media platforms such as LinkedIn.
Time Management
Follow good time management practices personally and within the organization to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information regarding the brand and performance of V2 Solutions Inc
