Pediatric Dental Health Associates is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Chicago, IL

Pediatric Dental Health Associates (www.chicagokidsdds) is looking for a front desk receptionist who likes to laugh and have fun while working! We are located on beautiful Michigan Ave. in Chicago. We are a pediatric and orthodontic dental practice looking for an exceptional person with excellent communication skills and ideally, front desk experience in dental setting to join our front desk team. If you are the right candidate, we are willing to teach you! We need someone who is detailed-oriented, dependable, punctual, a fast learner and like working with children. Dental knowledge is important and bi-lingual a bonus. Computer skills required. Duties include greeting patients and their families, answering phones, scheduling appointments as well as other front desk duties. Full time or part time, including some Saturdays. We are open Monday-Saturday. Front desk responsibilities include, providing excellent customer service to our patients, check in patients for their appointment (Obtain/scan/copy new patient ID and insurance information/cards}. Answer phones, schedule appointments, process school forms, make calls and schedule recall appointments/unfinished treatment (all doctors}. You will be checking and returning voicemail calls, enter and update patient information, assemble and make copies for new patient folders, scan incoming patient letters and X-rays, clean and maintain reception room, Email/mail, new patient forms while providing excellent customer service to our patients! Copying, faxing of other office correspondence. Great benefits offered along with a fun atmosphere.
