**Job Summary:** We are seeking dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service and efficient operations within our establishment. **Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patrons with inquiries and orders - Prepare and serve food and beverages following established procedures - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas - Follow food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of customers - Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions - Assist with stocking inventory and rotating products - Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs efficiently **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards - Familiarity with working in grocery stores, restaurants, or similar environments - Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitate work areas - Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus Joining our team as a Crew Member offers the opportunity to develop valuable skills in a fast-paced environment.
