**A career in care and support**

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Manager to join our growing team in Melbourne east region. As a Customer Support Manager you will deliver a high level of service across a portfolio of Aged Care or Disability Services clients. Key responsibilities include care plan management and review; identifying and responding to changing needs, including complex care / allied health requirements; point of contact for client, families, and funders; management and improvement of client experience through engagement of care teams and stakeholders; and oversight of funding utilisation.

Each day will look a little different, but your key responsibilities will likely include:

* Conduct reviews for all customers, revising their care plan, goals, services and expenditure

* Effectively engage in client relationship management to ensure high quality client experience

* Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with customers, staff, customer family and friends, funding bodies, doctors, case managers and other allied healthcare professionals

* Engage Support Workers with respect to client care outcomes and service satisfaction

* Providing coaching in effective methods for delivering and exceeding customer expectations

* Making process improvement suggestions and implementing improvement requests as required

**What youll bring**

As a Customer Support Manager, you will have demonstrated experience and skills in people leadership, have a self-motivating and can do attitude, and have strong sector knowledge of the Disability or Aged Care industry.

To do well in this role you may have:

* Qualifications in Community Services, Frontline Management or equivalent

* Demonstrated experience in a Community Services Co-ordination or Case Management role

* Demonstrated experience supervising, supporting, and training staff

* Certificate IV in community services, or relevant discipline, desirable

* Knowledge of OH&S legislation relevant to aged care and disability service sector

* Customer focused with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

* Ability to manage time effectively in an environment of changing priorities
