Behavioral Achievements is looking for qualified candidates to fit the needs of our growing team of technicians and analysts whether you are already part of the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), or you are looking to start a career in this rewarding field.

At Behavioral Achievements, analysist and technician roles are to help the children, parents, caregivers, and guardians find a voice in learning to develop socially appropriate behaviors. We can accomplish this together by providing specialized ABA treatments for our clients to give them, and those who care for them, the help they need in being able to understand and communicate with one another.

Open positions:

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Pay: Based on State Averages and Skill Level - TBD Upon Employment
• Work Hours: Part-time / Full-time Based on Scheduling
• Licensed RBTs Looking to Supplement Hours
• Requirements:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Have a High School Diploma/GED
• Have completed the 40-hour RBT Training
• Have completed the Background Check
• Registered with the Nevada BACB Board on Certemy
• RBT Certification
• Unlicensed RBTs who wish to complete their competency portion must have completed the 40-hour RBT Training and background check for employment consideration.
• General Responsibilities
• Provide children with the necessary skills to present socially appropriate behavior
• Correct non-desirable behaviors through acting upon behavioral plans implemented by the BCBA
• Collecting Session Data and Written Progression Notes Daily
• Communicate with parents and supervisors about necessary goal changes

Pay: $28,240.00 - $44,499.00 per year
