The Public Bistro is looking for an experienced bartender to join our team! We are a full service fast paced restaurant that focuses on craft cocktails served alongside an American driven food menu.

• Exhibit a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
• Maintain our standards of quality moment to moment, day to day and year after year.
• Make a positive difference in the experience of our guests and those around us.
• A genuine passion for cocktails & creating memorable guest experiences through food & drink.
• 2 years bartending experience in an upscale, high-volume establishment.
• Extensive cocktail knowledge & ability to create balanced drinks.

Job Requirements :

• Must have availability to work flexible hours - including nights, weekends & brunch shifts
• A passion for hospitality and providing great service
• Strong cocktail knowledge - must be familiar with making all classic cocktails & have the ability to learn new recipes quickly
• Candidates should be highly organized, efficient & hard working
• Must be able to think quickly and adapt in stressful situations
• Ability to train and mentor team members
• Physical requirements include : ability to handle and carry trays, smallware, equipment, or other items up to 35lbs, and to stand, walk and exert well-paced mobility for extended period of time
