We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to oversee our financial operations and drive strategic financial planning. The Controller will play a key role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization while providing leadership to the finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Payroll through ADP
• Monthly Invoicing
• Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving performance and efficiency.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investment strategies to optimize financial resources.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors during audits and tax filings.
• Collaborate with other departments to support strategic decision-making and achieve company goals.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
• Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems; experience with Deltek preferred.
• Experience in the AEC industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
