Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated recruiter and leader to join our team, internally known as a Team Leader/CEO. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in growing the office from a recruiting standpoint, leading the office and focusing on agent retention, as well as elevating our team to new heights from a profitability standpoint. If you have a results-driven mindset and have a passion for the real estate industry, we want to hear from you.
