NEW PIZZERIA

We are looking for skilled pizza makers or those who have a desire to learn pizza at the next level to prepare high-quality pizzas according to customers’ orders. The pizza maker’s/chasier's responsibilities include preparing pizza dough, cutting, grating, or slicing various ingredients, package orders and maintain a clean workstation at all times.

In addition to pizza preparation, responsible for providing excellent customer service in the front of the house. This includes taking customer orders, giving out orders and keeping the front of the house clean.

To be successful as a pizza maker, you should ensure that kitchen safety protocol is properly followed.

Pizza Maker/Cashier Responsibilities:

• Preparing pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings.
• Monitoring the temperature of the pizza ovens as well as cooking times.
• Preparing high-quality pizzas according to company recipes.
• Monitoring inventory and placing orders for more supplies as needed.
• Cleaning workstations before pizza preparation.
• Ensuring that all utensils and cooking equipment are sterilized before each use.
• Plating or packaging pizzas accordingly.
• Managing all food order slips and ensuring that customers’ orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Properly utilizing and monitoring cash register.
• Cleaning front of the house and maintaining a neat work environment.
• Providing excellent customer services while taking and giving out orders to customers.
• Stock supplies as needed.
• Other responsibiities may be required that are not listed.

Pizza Maker/Cashier Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED. (Preferred)
• A food handler’s license.
• Working knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
• The ability to follow standardized recipes.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to work in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.01 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
