Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer service calls.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
• Proactively resolve customer issues.
• Complete customer service transactions through the web, phone, or in person.
• Create and execute service strategies to maximize profitability.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Have knowledge of various computer systems such as word processing and spreadsheet applications.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
