Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Har-co Credit Union. The Mortgage Loan Officer will solicit and originate 1st and 2nd mortgage applications in MD, DE and PA. Day to day tasks will include advising clients on mortgage options, analyzing documents for qualification, generating loan disclosures and managing communication throughout loan process. Position will include time spent developing relationships with referral sources and promoting mortgage products through networking and community events.

Qualifications

• Loan Officer or Loan Officer Assistant with sales experience
• Experience with underwriting guidelines for conventional and government loans (DU/LP)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of financial regulations and mortgage compliance
• 3 years experience preferred
