Job Overview:

Hours are from 4:30pm till 8:30pm or 9:30pm depending on how busy we are. We are seeking a dedicated Food Runner to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly and accurately
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables as needed
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Ensure all food items meet quality standards before delivery
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns

Skills:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, servers, and kitchen staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
- Team player with a helpful attitude towards colleagues and customers
- Willingness to assist in various tasks within the restaurant environment
