Commission-Based Sales Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for ambitious and self-motivated individuals to join our sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, establishing strong relationships, and closing sales. This is a commission-only position, offering the potential for high earnings based on performance. Our services have a short sales cycle, high success rate and strong retention rate. This role has the potential to earn well beyond the listed amount, and is solely based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Law Enforcement, Defense, and Firearms community. (not required but a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and earn high commissions
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools (preferred)
• Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily sales and marketing operations.
• Establish sales goals and metrics. Meet key performance indicators, as defined by company leadership.
• Generate sales leads and track lead progression.
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting.
• Develop and oversee marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in sales, business development, or other related fields.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software
• Military, Law Enforcement, and/or Security Experience is a plus but is not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1.00 - $100,000.00 per year
