Matt Mazzei Chevrolet CDJR offers a great pay structure that pays 33% commission along with monthly performance bonuses and unit bonuses. Along with a great pay structure, we also offer health, dental, and vision insurance. We also have a 401(k) retirement plan option.

Sales Consultants Requirements:
- Driver License required (with good driving record)
- Greet customers arriving at the dealership
- Showcase the dealership's vehicles and explain their features and warranties to customers
- Answer customer questions about cars and purchase process
- Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation before hand per best practices
- Negotiate car prices and trade-in values for customers' vehicles
- Sales License required
- Paid training provided
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude, great work ethic, and professional appearance
- Available to work a variable schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,564.16 - $75,346.09 per year
