We are seeking dedicated and reliable male role models to support our founder's sons, providing mentorship and positive influence. **Job Description:** We are looking for three dedicated and reliable individuals who can serve as paid big brother role models for three boys. The ideal candidates will be organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks related to mentoring and supporting the boys. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **12-year-old boy (7th grade):** - Providing supervision and engaging in activities. - Assisting with homework and educational activities. - Encouraging and supporting his interests in basketball and gaming. - Taking him to fun and educational events. - Participating in sports and other recreational activities. - Being a positive big brother figure and mentor. 2. **8-year-old boy (4th grade):** - Providing supervision and engaging in activities. - Assisting with homework and educational activities. - Encouraging and supporting his interests in science and building things, potentially a future engineer. - Taking him to fun and educational events. - Participating in science projects and building activities. - Being a positive big brother figure and mentor. 3. **5-year-old boy (1st grade):** - Providing supervision and engaging in activities. - Assisting with educational activities and playtime. - Encouraging and supporting his interests and activities. - Taking him to fun and educational events. - Participating in sports and other recreational activities. - Being a positive big brother figure and mentor. **Collaboration:** - Must be willing to collaborate with the other big brothers occasionally to foster togetherness among the boys. - Collaboration should happen at least every other month or every one month. **Minimum Time Commitment:** - Spend a minimum of at least 4 hours a month per boy. **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in a similar role preferred. - Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. - Comfortable around pets and children. - Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. - Ability to be a positive male role model and mentor. - Enthusiastic about engaging in various activities and providing a supportive environment. **Working Hours:** - Part-time, as needed with flexible hours. - Availability on-site at the residence in Peoria, Illinois, especially on Mondays and Wednesdays. - Willingness to participate in events and activities outside the home. - Time will always be scheduled ahead to allow for proper planning. **How to Apply:** Interested candidates should submit their resume and a brief cover letter explaining their qualifications and interest in the position.
