We're looking for a dynamic Consignment Store Manager to lead our team and manage the day-to-day operations of our store.

Job Description: As the Consignment Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our store, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining our high standards of customer service and consignment quality. You will manage a team of staff, handle consignor relations, and ensure the store's profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day store operations including staffing, training, and scheduling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer base, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize profitability.
  • Maintain an inviting store atmosphere that encourages repeat business and attracts new consignors.
  • Oversees the consignment intake process, ensuring quality control, and pricing accuracy
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Manage inventory, including display and merchandising of items.
  • Provide detailed reports on buying trends, customer needs, and profits.
  • Coordinate with marketing to drive initiatives and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular store audits and reviews

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Retail or Consignment Store Manager
  • Strong Understanding of sales and customer service techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field preferred
