Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects. The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of construction procedures and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Scheduling:
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule, in collaboration with project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and schedule construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Contract Management:
  • Manage contract negotiations, bidding processes, and procurement of materials and services.
  • Review and approve contractor and subcontractor bids and contracts.
  • Resource Management:
  • Allocate and optimize resources to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Supervise and manage construction teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
  • Quality Control and Safety Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Implement quality control measures to achieve high-quality construction deliverables.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid project delays or cost overruns.
  • Monitor and assess project progress and performance regularly, reporting on milestones and variances.
  • Client Relations and Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate project success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
