We offer some flexibility with schedules to help accommodate the challenges of working around family events, school schedules, additional jobs, daycare constraints, etc. Both full and part-time positions are available.

QualificationsHavenwood is looking for caregivers to join our team who are honest, outgoing, caring and dependable. We are a non-medical in-home care service that provides services to individuals in our communities to assist them to stay safely in their homes. Our team of caregivers completes tasks that include but are not limited to housekeeping and cooking and assists clients with personal cares such as bathing and dressing. Wages start at $12 per hour and are based on the services/payor source - we pay based on reimbursements. We provide services for programs through Area Agency on Aging and Medicaid that pay $12-$13 an hour based on service codes, we have clients who pay privately for their services and provide services for Veteran Programs these services pay $15- $20 an hour. We try to schedule caregivers with clients based on personalities, skills needed, availability and area of travel. The ability to communicate effectively and take initiative along with being a self-starter is a must. Prior experience is not required, but we will gladly welcome any experience you bring with you.

As a caregiver on our team, you can expect to assist with tasks such as bathing, personal care, preparing meals, homemaking, and most importantly, companionship.
