Midtown Law is seeking a polished and experienced Real Estate Paralegal for its Charlotte office. The Paralegal will be responsible for managing the logistical details of closings from contract to close, while providing exceptional client, agent and lender experience.
The ideal candidate must be experienced in managing all aspects of the closing process. This includes, but is not limited to, opening files, ordering HOA and loan payoffs, curing title issues, working with loan packages, drafting closing documents and settlement statements, scheduling closings, document recording and funding of files.
Requirements:
Full-time or part-time, Monday through Friday, in our Charlotte office. This position offers a competitive salary.
