Position Goal:Improve company operations through administrative tools, ensuring growth in efficiency for the entire company and individual employees. Ensure duties are correctly distributed, foster productive cooperation between employees and divisions, and drive high performance from each employee.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the orgboard to reflect current staff roles and changes.
- Develop and implement routing forms to improve process speed and quality.
- Create and maintain job binders for all employees and drivers.
- Hire, onboard, and guide new employees and drivers through their probationary period.
- Maintain personnel records and create official reports.
- Plan and equip new workspaces according to company standards.
- Ensure flawless operation of all office and electronic communication equipment.
- Regularly inspect workplaces to ensure compliance with company regulations.
- Resolve conflicts and handle ethical situations within the company.
- Organize rewards and incentives to boost productivity.
- 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or HR.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to keep everything in order.
- Ability to learn new things and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to grow people and see potential in them.
- Emotionally stable and able to support company goals.
