We are seeking a responsible and passionate individual to join our team as a Dog Walker. As a General Manager, you will be in charge of daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role involves scheduling, client communication, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate schedules and routes for efficiency
• Handle daily client inquiries and issues
• Maintain positive client relationships
• Manage and support a team of dog walkers
• Visit clients for meet and greets
• Pass-offs between dogs and new walkers

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experience in a supervisory role (preferably in pet care)
• Passion for animals and understanding of dog behavior

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
