Daily Duties and Responsibilities:

Do you want to work for an exciting brand with a newer footprint in the cannabis industry, and still growing? Four20 Companies is a different brand who works under the Collective Premium Cannabis license and is an up and coming brand who has made a great name for themselves!

We are looking for an individual who wants to find a home in Re-Packaging cannabis and supporting the Four20 brand!

• Re-Packaging by using our Green Vault Packaging Machine
• Blunts
• Pre-Rolls
• Packaged Flower (Oz., 1/2 oz. , 1/8ths, etc.)
• Packing wholesale orders
• Following CCC guidelines in the workplace
• Working with Cannabis to white label products while maintaining daily production goals
• Weighing and folding pre-rolls
• Double checking counts on products
• Keeping the flow of the workday while staying on task in a fast paced environment
• Wearing a mask as needed
• Working well within our team to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner while always looking for what's next.
• Respecting Leaderships and the tasks that are assigned to you by them
• Keeping your workstation clean:
• Cleaning with Alcohol between strains
• Keeping track of active inventory for daily needs to produce at a high capacity.

Job Requirements:

Employees may be asked to perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Physical Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening (a positive result for cannabis will not exclude you from employment)
Be able to kneel, bend, reach, rotate, and stoop on a regular basis daily.
Must be able to climb a ladder and complete required job duties at heights.
Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
