The Caffeinated Kitchen is looking for Bakers!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, bake, and decorate pastries in a timely manner and according to company recipes, specifications and guidelines.
• Prepare batters, icings and glazes in a timely manner according to company recipes, specifications and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist in maintaining sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area.
• Work cooperatively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
• Perform Quality Control inspections of baked goods.
• Assist in the packaging of baked goods.
• Ensure that all products are packaged and labeled in a timely manner and according to company standards and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform other related duties as requested by Management.

Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, including the use of mixers, blenders, mixers with attachments, and other specialized equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation and baking safety guidelines, including the proper use of ovens, grills, etc.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
