Overview:

Summit Chase Apartment Homes is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Lifeguards at our community. As a lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests enjoying our pool area.

As a lifeguard, you will:

• Open and close the pool each day, according to scheduled hours
• Conduct routine pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning and regularly treating the pool with the correct amount of chemicals
• Monitor and supervise pool activities to ensure the safety of all guests.
• Enforce pool rules to maintain a safe environment
• Help swimmers out of water when necessary
• Perform first aid or CPR as needed in emergency situations
• Monitor weather reports to make sure guests remain safe
• Provide excellent guest service by assisting with inquiries and addressing any concerns.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a lifeguard is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in swim techniques and water safety practices
• Knowledge of CPR and First Aid procedures
• Familiarity with pool maintenance and cleaning is a plus

Required:

• Current CPR Certification
• Current Lifeguard Certification

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal, Temporary

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 40 per week
